This time, we were super excited to travel to Rhode Island for the Wannamoisett Country Club Member Event. What a great time it was! We love checking out new venues and this country club is impressive indeed.
Wannamoisett Country Club Member Event
It was our first time performing at Wannamoisett and we hope it won’t be our last. This was a private event for the country club’s members. It was certainly perfect for this occasion but we’re sure it would also be an excellent wedding venue. The crowd seemed quite happy with their dinners and when we tasted ours, we had to agree. First Dinner, Then Drama
During dinner, Felix performers Greg and Brenner played light music for accompaniment. We could tell everyone was thoroughly enjoying their dinner and conversation. But once those appetites were satisfied, our party really began to rock. This 
group had a blast fighting over which request we would play. We had 80’s fans with requests for Madonna’s Like a Virgin and The Reflex from Duran Duran. We had some more modern requests and played songs like Senorita from Shawn Mendes and Old Town Road by Lil Nas X.
Then the oldies requests started coming in. With a variety of songs from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s, the older members of this group really showed off their stuff. And they still have it, believe us! The connection Greg and Brenner developed with this audience was awesome. The interactive nature of a dueling piano show truly is the absolute best. And it showed here. Our tip jars were overflowing as they didn’t want us to leave. We obliged for a while, of course! But after 45 minutes of overtime, we had to close it down. We loved hearing all the compliments as the group headed for the doors. They all said they can’t wait to have us back!
