We were super excited to perform at Nevada and Brittany’s Ohio Lake Club wedding. Congratulations to the happy couple and our best wishes for a great future. We here at Felix and Fingers feel like we made some life long friends with this fun-loving couple.
Ohio Lake Club Wedding
The Lake Club of Ohio is a gorgeous venue in Youngstown just across the border from Pennsylvania. The staff was excellent and made sure everyone had everything they needed. We were impressed with their professionalism. The decor is also quite beautiful and made this wedding extra special. We loved the food! Especially these marinated peppers that were available throughout hors d’oeuvres and dinner. They were delicious and the staff makes them from scratch. The cookie table must be a Pennsylvania/Eastern Ohio thing. We love the cookie table and we’re so happy to see it again. What a fun tradition! We love to play all over the country just for this reason. We get to learn about customs that are just a bit different in each area.
Dancing ‘Til Dawn
Brittany is a professional dancer and choreographed the couple’s first dance. It was just divine. The grooms son and daughter were a huge part of this wedding and also had some great moves on the dance floor. Nevada and Brittany are a wonderful couple and so nice. We just loved performing for their wedding. One of our favorite highlights has to be when the groomsmen each took turns telling about all of the crazy mishaps and adventures they had had with Nevada. It was quite amazing to hear about all of the times this man had nearly come to great harm. But luckily he didn’t! This Ohio Lake Club wedding was such a great group of guests. We had requests coming in all evening and loved seeing them have a wonderful time on the dance floor.
