Our performers for The Oak Room Wedding Celebration were Nick Slater and Will O’Keefe. As a matter of fact, our guys had a blast bringing everyone together for their dueling piano show in Columbus, Nebraska. Felix and Fingers wish Abby and Mike a lifetime of love and happiness!
The Oak Room Wedding Celebration Columbus Nebraska
The Oak Room of Columbus is the PERFECT space for your next special event. With great décor and an outdoor patio, this place has it all. Not only is The Oak Room the Crown Jewel of the Friedhof, but it’s their largest and most elegant room at their venue. Furthermore, there is a mezzanine and main floor that will provide space from an intimate gathering to a large gala. This perfect space seats 200 guests on the main level, and an additional 75 on the mezzanine. The Oak Room Wedding Celebration was quite a relaxed show. For one thing, there was no ceremony, dinner or speeches, just appetizers, live music and dessert. The atmosphere was especially awesome. What a great vibe. Did we mention this is a beautiful historical building in the middle of town? This space was actually a department store!
A Larger-Than-Life Performer and One Great Show!
Nick and Will had a massive number of requests from the start of their show. We also had a larger-than-life guest performer by the name of Stacey. She was a favorite of our night. Stacey was able to sing with meaning for the bride, as well as rock a few barnstormers such as Love Shack by the B52’s. We love hearing a guest jump up and perform. Especially one who can rock it so well!
As the evening went on, Will performed the DJ duties since Nick did all the driving to The Oak Room Wedding Celebration. Will and Nick played a ton of dance tunes, country songs and everything else in between. We kept the party going strong until the end. The crowd absolutely loved us. Above all, our personal takeaway was the requested Island in the Stream by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. We forgot how great of a song this is and it went down awesome!
