Nick and Kevin were totally stoked to play for the Riverside Chamber of Commerce. Everyone was celebrating a great year. That’s awesome! Our Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa Holiday Chamber Event was a dream, with easy load-in and out. In fact, there’s an elevator that will take you to the 2nd floor. In the meantime, Felix performed an awesome cocktail and dinner show for an intimate audience celebrating local businesses. Our client was super mingle jingle happy. That made Nick and Kevin super duper happy!
A Smooth and Happy Holiday Party
Our room was intimate enough for our audience to interact. For this reason, sound check was a breeze. Speaking of breeze, requests actually started flying in quickly with this party crowd. Whitney Houston? No problem. Brittany Spears? We own it. Madonna? Our rendition of her Santa Baby ROCKED. When Nick and Kevin hit the first notes of Like a Virgin, our crowd went straightaway nuts! This audience even packed the floor when we performed Baby One More Time (Brittney) and I Have Nothing (Whitney).
Nick and Kevin took a unique moment to perform a rousing Hank Williams, Jr. tune. Our country crowd instantly loved it! A few singalongs from Billy Joel’s Uptown Girl, to Elton John’s Candle in The Wind balanced this party out nicely. Nick and Kevin even noticed dancers farther away having a visibly great time!
Above all, there was a costume party at our show. Kevin and Nick had a ton of fun with this. Everyone was burning up the dance floor, in particular, Sumo Santa, who in fact, grabbed first prize! Nick and Kevin had so much fun with this awesome group of dancers and singers. All in all, everyone interacted actually really well and had an awesome time!
