In fact, the Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn is the PERFECT location for your ceremony AND reception. This gorgeous venue boasts expansive and stunning views in the midst of vintage and rustic decor. Our performers for the Hidden Vineyard Barn wedding event were Greg Percifield and Jim Gritschke. This dynamic duo has performed at the vineyard in Berrien Springs many times before. It’s one of our favorite repeat venues. In all honesty, it’s indeed a hidden gem in Michigan. Always a great time. Congratulations Addison and Brandon!

Hidden Vineyard Barn Wedding Event Berrien Springs Michigan

Hidden Vineyard Barn Wedding EventThere’s a local farm in Berrien Springs, Michigan with the perfect barn and onsite reception venue you’ve been looking for. Ladies and gentlemen, Felix and Fingers happily present to you the Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn. One of the region’s most sought after wedding venues, this venue is situated on the grounds of a working farm in Southwestern Michigan. Furthermore, the foundations of the barn were first laid in the 1870s. This makes Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn one of the longest continually operating farms in the region. To begin with, an outdoor ceremony took place on a hill next to the barn where we played live music. Addison and Brandon exchanged vows under a giant Northern Catalpa tree. In fact, this tree is only slightly smaller than the present national champion located in Lansing, Michigan on the capitol grounds. We love a fun recessional and the newlyweds didn’t disappoint by requesting us to play You Sexy Thing by Hot Chocolate. We loved seeing everyone stand up and groove as the newlyweds boogied over to the barn for their reception!

The recently renovated Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn now offers a closed in and handicapped accessible reception area. Cocktail hour had guests strolling through the large double barn doors that opened to unite the reception area and deck. This allowed guests to take in the expansive view of the beautiful vineyard, pond and native wildflowers while enjoying their drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Greg and Jim did a great job greeting guests with upbeat songs such as Big Yellow Taxi by The Counting Crows and No Letting Go by Wayne Wonder.

Fantastic Food Trucks and Amazing Sunsets

Hidden Vineyard Barn Wedding EventAfter guests enjoyed the traditional break between ceremony and reception, an incredible pizza wagon pulled up for dinner. This dinner option is one we’ve had before and it was amazing. Drooling guests lined up for Artisan wood fired pizzas served right out of a pizza wagon called the Rolling Stonebaker. Simply Delicious! If you’d like more information on Rolling Stonebaker please click here.

The guests at this wedding were really into line dancing and classic wedding tunes. After a brief round of speeches and a memorable first dance (500 Miles by Sleeping at Last) Greg and Jim made sure to pack the dance floor immediately. Songs such as Boot Scootin’ Boogie by Brooks and Dunn, the Cupid Shuffle by Cupid and YMCA by the VIllage People were HUGE hits of the night getting ALMOST everyone up and on the dance floor!

The Hidden Vineyard Barn wedding event’s photographer Brian Wolfe was awesome to work with. Since the wedding started earlier, we had to figure out the best times to take sunset-like photos and we coordinated times with Brian SEAMLESSLY. If you’d like to check out some of Brian’s work please click here. Above all, Greg and Jim received a request that they never had before. Someone tried to intimidate us with Electric Avenue by Eddy Grant, but when we realized that there was only 1 CHORD for the entire song…we ROCKED it down the avenue!
