Diverse Destination Dinner
Felix and Fingers played dinner music to start the evening. Dinner was delicious. In fact, the food was an adaptation of New Orleans cuisine made vegetarian style. Perfect for this event. During dinner we invited guests to sit in on our performance. We had a couple of guests join in. When the guest finished enjoying the buffet style dinner, it was time to start the party!
We began a dance off with Shout by The Isley Brothers! A couple of guests grabbed tambourines and played along. It was fantastic to see everyone participate in the dance off. Notably, we stopped playing and let people give speeches. They shared memories and gave good wishes to the bride and groom. There were many tears of joy shed. In all honesty, speeches were the highlight of the evening. After speeches, we played Cupid Shuffle by Cupid, Play that Funky Music White Boy by Wild Cherry, and Truth Hurts by Lizzo. To close out the evening, we played At Last by Etta James.
In conclusion, Felix and Fingers had a wonderful time at Royal Sonesta New Orleans. We highly recommend letting them host your event.
