Representing Felix and Fingers for our Grand Oaks Mansion Corporate Event were Chris Zeunges and Chris Roberts. Quite honestly, there’s nothing better than our interactive piano show in New Orleans. Hence, this corporate event was truly a blast!

First, let’s start by stating you’ll be blown away by the Grand Oaks Mansion. River City Venues own several event spaces. Our client, Elisabeth Hardy, hired us to play at the Grand Oaks Mansion. Secondly, your guests won’t believe their eyes pulling up to a replica Antebellum mansion. Lastly, holy moly this domain is stunning. Furthermore, there’s a plethora of areas such as footbridges and towering columns for incredible photographs. And that’s just the outside!
Felix made cocktail hour amazing. Our sound was incredible in the Antebellum main room. Everyone also enjoyed a vintage Louisiana experience on the patio as we played Froggie More Rag by Alex Welsh. When our performers kicked into Hello, Dolly! by Louis Armstrong our entire crowd nailed the chorus. The appetizers were super yummy. There was also an indoor bar (Joe’s Bar) which provided delicious signature drinks.
As mentioned above, the sound was magnificent in this mansion’s main room. Our performers truly had a great setup and staging. A Beautiful Setting and Tons of Compliments
Did we mention we used the drum machine? No? Within the first few seconds of In the Air Tonight by Phil Collins, everyone was on the dancefloor. We loved seeing our crowd sway and sing. Even more, their chorus sounded exceptionally great.
From there it was an all-out party. Our players kicked it up a notch by performing Dr. Love by Kiss and mashed this rock classic with Come Together by The Beatles. Our crowd went nuts. Everyone sang and danced all while having a great time. Exactly what Felix and Fingers strive for.
All in all our Grand Oaks Mansion Corporate Event was a notable success. One for our books. What a stunning venue. Guests enjoyed our last and signature song, Piano Man by Billy Joel. Everyone came together in a big circle while singing and swaying. What a wonderful way to end our Grand Oaks Mansion Corporate Event!
