Corbin, Kentucky was the home for this Corbin Arena Hospital Gala. We were there to raise money with the Baptist Health Foundation Corbin for their NICU department. Could there be anything more fulfilling than helping to raise funds to help babies? We think not.

Corbin Arena Hospital Gala Venue

The Corbin Arena is prime event space that can host even the largest of events. Hosting acts such as Smashmouth and Hank Williams Jr, this 100,000 square foot arena is perfect for concerts, shows, corporate events, and more. For the Corbin Arena Hospital Gala, we didn’t need that much space. This Corbin Arena Hospital Gala invitationvenue is easily broken up into smaller sections and also offers smaller meeting spaces. So whatever your size, they have you covered. For our purposes, we loved the sound staff. They were incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable which is a musician’s dream sound team. We hope to soon return to this awesome venue.

You will find the staff here to be exceptional too. They deal with so many large crowds and they do it with ease. We were greatly impressed. This was the 14th Annual Silver Ball Gala to raise money for Baptist Health Foundation’s NICU. The Silver Ball Gala was quite a formal event that had us playing on a large stage which made us feel like huge rock stars. If you are looking for a great event venue around the area, this venue is for you. And if you’re not planning an event, be sure to check out their concert and show offerings. Dressed to the Nines

Corbin Arena Hospital Gala venue entranceWe began the evening with an awards presentation to two of the doctors for all of the great work they do. Listening to the presenters and to the recipients really exemplified how much this organization does for the Corbin area citizens. Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos couldn’t have been more proud to be part of such an occasion. The Corbin Arena Hospital Gala had a Great Gatsby themed event and this crowd was dressed to the nines. Zoot suits and flapper dresses ruled the night and we felt as if we were back in the Roaring Twenties. What a fun theme and an awesome crowd as well.

Amid raising money for a great cause, we also had a few birthdays and anniversaries to celebrate. It was a festive night all around. The group danced and sang the night away with one great request after another. We played a lot of country with songs like Luke Bryan’s Knockin’ Boots and Kacey Musgraves Space Cowboy. Brooks and Dunn’s Boot Scootin’ Boogie showed us some great line dancing as did Baby Likes to Rock It from The Tractors. It was a down home good time on the dance floor at the Corbin Arena Hospital Gala, that is for sure.
