Hold onto your hats as The Driftless Event Center birthday celebration was one wild party! Thrown by our client’s super fun wife Shana, this amazing surprise 30th spared no expense. Nicely done Shana! In fact, The Driftless Event Center is a multi-layer venue offering everything you need. Oh, by the way, this is Felix and Fingers FAVORITE new venue in Dubuque, Iowa! Besides the impeccable service, everyone was so nice to us. Felix and Fingers wish Chris a Happy 30th!

Let’s start by saying this was an amazing party. More importantly, there was a drink wall. Yes, a WALL loaded with…drinks. This wall was a popular spot with our crowd. Hence, a wild and crazy birthday celebration! The Driftless Event Center was a jaw dropping venue. Our performers representing Felix and Fingers were Katrina Nilsen and Robert Deason. With this power duo behind their pianos, everyone had a great time. The birthday boy LOVED 90’s and 2000 boy band music. From favorites such as Everybody by the Backstreet Boys, to Faded by soulDecision, we nailed them all!
Amazing Food Stations and Birthday Delights
Shana spared no expense with cigar bars and amazing food stations. We couldn’t decide where to start with all the delicious choices. For example, there was a taco and macaroni n’ cheese bar backing up to an Italian beef station! YUM!! This was indeed some of the BEST food we’ve enjoyed in a long time. Even more, Shana laid out a dessert spread like no other. Some of the cookies had the birthday boy’s face on them. We thought that was FUN. Between all the dancing and singing, guests enjoyed additional mini-cakes, homemade marshmallows and more. In all honesty, everything was delicious!
This event venue is the perfect combination space to have a wild and fun birthday party. Katrina and Robert showed their fun side by performing fun karaoke songs. There were a few special performances that stood out. For instance, a certain guest should hire a manager as their rendition of Closer to Me by 5ive actually sounded amazing. Felix had everyone at this fun gathering dancing and singing all night to top hits and classic tunes. Being that our audience was here to PARTY, Felix delivered another successful show for the books!
