Mike Pease (client) called us to perform at their Swan Lake Resort Fundraiser. We LOVE fundraisers! Our performers representing this night of fun were chiefly two of our finest, Terrell Sparks and Jim Gritschke. Our players kept everyone on their feet dancing and singing all night long. Swan Lake Resort is located in Plymouth, Indiana, surely a great town with super nice folk!

The drive into Plymouth, IN, where this fundraiser was held, is a drive Felix knows well. Straight down 31 North. We’ve performed in Plymouth about 3 to 4 times in our travels, though never at this resort. What a beautiful country club setup.
Chantel, the coordinator of our Swan Lake Resort Fundraiser, was indeed accommodating. We can’t thank her enough for arranging our private area to rest and change. Our client was very adamant on this fundraiser moving smoothly. Felix specifically values this type of efficiency.

One Successful Fundraiser
This event was a fundraiser for the John Glenn Education Foundation. With this in mind, tons of teachers and school administrators were in attendance. Cocktail hour and dinner ran smoothly with light background jazz. Our host actually handed Felix the mic to auction a few items. We couldn’t be happier to help. Hence, here’s to raising $1,800.00 for a week trip to Arizona. Our players also raised $700 for a handmade, original painting of John Glenn. This painting was donated back to the school!
Furthermore, a few of the board members ended up on stage with us singing American Pie by Don McLean. Their performance was a great money maker. In other words, our Swan Lake Country Club Fundraiser was a hit. From The Sweetest Taboo by Sade, to a sing-off of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, everyone sounded amazing!
