Timber Creek Wedding Event Sandwich, IL
The Timber Creek wedding event was one giant party! From the amazing ceremony at Dwight United Methodist Church to the fabulous reception in the Redberri Convention Center, this wedding had it all. Felix and Fingers performed during the wedding ceremony playing a traditional wedding march as Lindsay walked down the aisle. After the ceremony Felix and Fingers packed up and followed the wedding party to Timber Creek Inn and Suites for the reception.
Upon arriving at the hotel, Felix and Fingers were greeted by helpful staff and were directed to the Redberri Convention Center. We gotta say this was a HUGE reception room. In fact, we were very thankful as Timber Creek staff helped us set up our wireless speaker system. For instance, they helped us spread out 3 speaker systems with lights over 800 feet. To be honest, the overall sound was AWESOME. What is more, the sound would have otherwise been spotty with an enormous echo if not for our wireless system. Since our set up allowed surround sound guests enjoyed the large dance floor during cocktail hour. We played a mix of jazz and slow dance songs such as Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. Eventually guests were seated to enjoy an outstanding 3 course dinner that was served by attentive staff. Furthermore, an impressive dessert table presented a stunning 3 tier wedding cake.
Wild and Crazy Crowd!
We hand a hunch this was going to be one heck of a party. The bride and groom informed us that swear words were fine with this crowd. With regards to this information, Felix and Fingers didn’t miss a beat and turned up the heat DJ’ing some explicit requests. Can we just say Blowjob Betty by Too Short followed by Me So Horny by Fresh Kid Ice had the dance floor PACKED. This was one wild and crazy crowd!
One of the Lindsay’s friends knew us from her own wedding and referred us for the Timber Creek wedding event. Lindsay’s friend had requested the song I Swear by All-4-One. Our performers gave this song a Cartman voice since it was parodied at one time by South Park. The crowd knew this and had a great laugh!
