When our client Peggy Mazzurco called to hire Felix for this super fun corporate event, we said YES! Peggy explained this was a corporate dinner event for Planmeca.
We knew our gig would be a super cool way to loosen our crowd up for the conference. And it did! The Hyatt Regency Schaumburg is an incredible hotel in the suburbs. Did we mention Felix was the opening kick-off of our Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Corporate Event? We LOVE warming up guests from the entrance to the exit. Felix makes sure everyone is happy. Felix DJ’d music as guests arrived at our Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Corporate Event. This helps guests acclimate before Felix and Fingers launches in. There was also tons of great food. Even more, there was a made-to-order pasta station. So delicious!
Awesome Song Requests and A Whole Lotta Fun
After dinner, once we started there was no going back. Duncan and Michael played a little bit of everything at this corporate event. We had awesome song requests piling up on our pianos double time. Duncan and Michael played them all. A heavy favorite was Queen. So we played Bohemian Rhapsody to get our crowd into singing. Everyone sounded amazing!
There were also interesting song requests such as The Killers. A guest requested a non-Mr. Brightside by The Killers and we couldn’t resist Somebody Told Me. When Ducan and Michael played Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus the crowd went nuts. We also loved the Iron Maiden request so our performers threw in some Empire of The Clouds. This song was a hit.
Above all, everyone just had a great time. We played and sang and enjoyed laughter. Felix loves to hang with their audience and create bonds before a conference. Everyone was so nice to us. Felix and Fingers look forward to playing at your next corporate event!
