The Standard on State Wedding Celebration was held at Illinois Premier Rooftop Wedding & Event Venue. This was Felix and Fingers first time performing at this venue and wow, was it gorgeous. The industrial space was just enough to give way to romantic touches with an amazing outdoor ceremony space. Hence, we can’t wait to return to The Standard on State during the summer. It will be jaw dropping gorgeous indeed. Felix and Fingers wish Clarissa and Scott a lifetime of love and happiness!
The Standard on State Wedding Celebration Rockford, Illinois
The Standard on State is truly a hidden gem in Rockford, Illinois. There was an amazing area upstairs for the ceremony. It was especially beautiful because it was snowing outside. Above all, everyone raved on how great the food was. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the bride and groom opted for mini Bundt cakes. They were delicious! This was a smaller and more intimate COVID wedding, although everyone had a blast. The bride’s sister (and matron of honor) gave a tearful speech about what an amazing sister the bride was. It was a touching speech indeed. From the moment guests arrived until our last song, The Standard of State wedding celebration was epic. Favorite Songs and Tons of Singing
Robert and Michael played tons of requests from 80’s and 90’s tunes. This had people rocking the night away. One of the favorite hits was Simply Irresistible by Robert Plant. It had guests showing off some great moves. In addition, we played some Disney tunes that were perfect for The Standard on State wedding celebration. In fact, Beauty and the Beast was a very romantic and classic song from an iconic Disney movie. Everyone loved it!
Who can resist Word Up by Cameo or a fantastic rendition of Wonderwall by Oasis? We had everyone singing with that song and our audience sounded amazing! What a great night for the The Standard on State Wedding Celebration event. It was awesome!
