Felix and Fingers rocked Rockford, Illinois with their Forest Hills Country Club Event. Representing Felix for a night of dancing, singing and fun was our very own Robert Deason and Katina Nilsen. Our fun-loving audience couldn’t get enough of our high-energy show. So much that everyone went home happy!

Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos had an awesome time playing for members at their Forest Hill Country Club Event. Everyone was so nice to us. To start with, our crowd enjoyed a super-fun cocktail hour. Robert and Katrina performed light background jazz as our guests mixed and mingled during this hour. We drooled with this country club’s array of smoked salmon, roast beef, and even truffled deviled eggs to snack on. Out-of-this-world cuisine!
Awesome Member Appreciation Event
As the second half of our show commenced, Katina and Robert received tons of fun song requests. Our audience had a blast singing You’ve Got a Friend in Me by Randy Newman. Everyone sang their hearts out to this popular tune. Felix performed double-time knocking off anything from great jazz standards to modern pop music.
Songs such as I Wanna Dance with Somebody by Whitney Houston had our crowd in an uproar. When Felix performed Call Me Maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen our crowd went nuts. Felix couldn’t love this moment more. We snuck in Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison and Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. Our audience loved it. Sing-alongs never sounded better!
Above all, one of our previous wedding couples was in attendance. It was great to rub shoulders with our former client. Our evening ended with a beautiful slow dance to What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. This song was a special last request bringing everyone together to close out our Forest Hills Country Club Event. A memorable night indeed!
