For the second year in a row, Felix and Fingers headed to Rockford, IL to play for the Family Peace Center’s Cigars and Stilettos fundraiser to end domestic violence. Eric and Michael tickled the ivories for an amazing crowd!
Cigars and Stilettos Fundraiser
Felix and Fingers couldn’t wait for their second year with Rockford’s Family Peace Center. This organization provides much needed support to end domestic violence in the region, and all were honored that Mayor Tom McNamara joined the event. He opened the festivities by telling all who attended how important the Family Peace Center is to Rockford’s community.
Eric and Michael played the night away at the Burpee’s beautiful venue situated on the Rock River. This magnificent museum houses impressive dinosaurs and other marvels of nature. This historic home is a timeless work of art and can make any event truly memorable. Cigars + Stilettos = Peace
Felix and Fingers had an amazing time at Family Peace Center’s Cigars and Stilettos Fundraiser to end domestic violence. There were singalongs and classic piano songs.
As the night progressed, the Burpee became a crazy dance party thanks to Felix and Fingers’ renditions of Snoop Dogg’s Who Am I (What’s My Name)?, Journey’s Don’t Stop Believin’, and Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance with Somebody.
