Felix and Fingers star performer Cassandra headed out to Shorewood, Illinois to play for this wonderful private 50th anniversary party. What a fun night it was! This group was a total blast and couldn’t get enough of her awesome performance.
Anne and Ted’s Private 50th Anniversary Party
When it comes time to celebrate life’s big occasions, you want to do it with style. That’s what Anne and Ted’s family did with this awesome party. We were honored to be such a huge part of this awesome milestone celebration. Anne and Ted were wonderful and seemed more in love than all of the newlyweds we see. Congratulations to this special couple on 50 years of wedded bliss.
It seems their family knew them quite well too. Even before the party began, they contracted us to play for two hours more than our usual. And we think they would have kept going all night if Cassandra had the stamina. This was one super fun group of family and friends who totally knew how to party!
Family Fun Around the Pool
This private 50th anniversary party took place in the back yard of a family member around the gorgeous pool. It was a beautiful day for pool party. But the main attraction was the dancing. The kids were totally involved with all sorts of requests and showed off some super fun choreography. They even made sure all of the adults did the chicken dance. And speaking of choreography, the ladies requested Sister Sledge’s We Are Family and did a whole group dance. It was awesome! We ended the evening by having the group circle around the couple, serenading them with Billy Joel’s Piano Man. It was quite the special moment and our couple had real tears of joy in their eyes.
