Pekin, Illinois was the quaint and friendly town setting for our Sunset Hills Golf Course Valentine’s Club Event. This was a simple public country club show. In fact, area residents received fun Valentine’s Day invites. Thus, it’s no surprise our super fun dueling piano show brought in a huge all-ages crowd. Everyone truly had the time of their lives at our Sunset Hills Golf Course Valentine’s Club Event!

Sunset Hills Golf Course Valentine’s Club Event

Sunset Hills Golf Course Valentine's Club EventTucked away on rolling greens with spectacular views is a hidden gem called Sunset Hills Golf Course. Our client, Corey, was a pleasure to work with. Sunset Hills is under amazing new ownership. Our players, Jim and Eric, set up inside the club’s dining facility called Mashie’s Pub & Eatery. Sunset Hills has decided to hold more entertainment events such as Felix. How awesome is that?

At Sunset Hills, you and your guests will enjoy meals and drinks during any season with amazing views. For example, in the spring and summer months, a veranda actually opens for dining and watching banner sunsets. Delicious cuisine along with rotating beer selections surely makes this country club a must-see. Felix couldn’t be happier helping billboard Mashie’s Pub & Eatery!

Plenty of Laughs and Fun at Our Awesome Dueling Piano Valentine Show!

Sunset Hills Golf Course Valentine's Club EventAs mentioned above, this was an all-ages show so our players made a note to keep it clean. During dinner, we background DJ’d a variety of great hits. Mashie’s served baked chicken, pulled pork, various pasta dishes, rice pilaf, and our favorite, cheesy potatoes! How’s that for an impressive spread? As a matter of fact, a new chef had prepared this magnificent buffet-style meal. He clearly knocked all the amazing food choices out of the park. Furthermore, friendly and professional staff worked double time running this event perfectly. We loved the eager-to-please vibe.

After dinner, our players noticed a little boy sitting with his parents in the audience. Jim and Eric wasted no time playing Baby Shark (Doo Doo Doo!) before rolling into Crocodile Rock by Elton John. Everyone in the room joined in on this song’s hand motions and the kid felt so included. Felix always makes sure EVERYONE has fun at our shows.

Above all, one of Sunset Hills owners, Andrea, came up to sing Don’t’ Stop Believin’ by Journey. Not only was her voice amazing, but of course, everyone loved seeing her on stage. All in all, there were plenty of laughs and fun at our show. We closed out with our signature song, Piano Man by Billy Joel. Our guys had their audience swaying and singing their hearts out. Felix and Fingers look forward to performing at Sunset Hills again!
