Felix and Fingers had the pleasure of returning to Orland Park, Illinois to perform for a beautiful Silver Lake County Club fall wedding. The Silver Lake County Club is one of our favorite venues for good reason. Their staff is always very helpful and accommodating and this time was no exception. The handcrafted fall decor impressed everyone. It might not be a shock to hear, but the dance floor is the real draw for us, too. Double Silver Lake County Club Fall Wedding
As a testament to their popularity, there were two weddings happening side by side at the Silver Lake Country Club that day. The parties knew each other and there was quite a bit of cross pollination throughout the night. All the new friends made that day will have pretty interesting stories of how they met. Our wedding was first up and the outside, fall-themed ceremony was a sight to behold. The rich colors of the autumn leaves perfectly framed the happy couple.

An earlier ceremony also meant that we got a head start on the party! The groom’s last name was Costa and their hashtag was #heCOSTAspellonher. Between that and the proximity to Halloween, we had to play I Put a Spell On You as made famous by the movie Hocus Pocus. That led right into a request for Michael Jackson’s Thriller and probably the best impromptu group dance we’ve ever seen. And we’ve seen a lot! The highlight of the night had to be when the groom helped us serenade his new wife with All of You by John Legend. All in all, this Silver Lake County Club fall wedding was one for the record books.
