Felix and Fingers was so happy to return to one of our favorite venues, Elements at Water Street, for this Little Friends Cocktail Party. Dubbed the Cocktail Party of the Year, this is one not to be missed. And yet again, Elements did not disappoint!
Little Friends Cocktail Party Venue – Elements at Water Street
Naperville, Illinois is the home of this riverfront favorite, Elements at Water Street. We’ve played at this venue multiple times, and they never fail to delight and impress us with their impeccable décor, service, and cuisine. We LOVE this venue. It is right on the river that flows through downtown Naperville. We found the balcony the perfect spot to watch the ducks waddling by.
We can never say enough about the cuisine. This Little Friends Cocktail Party began with quail eggs for appetizers. Carving stations, a salad bar to die for, and even truffle baked egg cups made a delightful dinner. Add in a top-shelf bar and this was definitely the cocktail party of the year. Little Friends Big Party
Little Friends, Inc. empowers those with autism, intellectual, and emotional disabilities to live, learn, work, and thrive in their communities. This party was to celebrate all that make that happen. We have found this organization to be exceptional at what it does. If you would like more information on Little Friends, please click here. This was a repeat event for us and they were so happy to have us back. And we were happy to return! This was one fun group who was ready to party from the first note and did not stop until the last–and then some! We had great requests all night long; everything from Justin Bieber to Blackstreet.
Dueling piano classics like Def Leppard’s Pour Some Sugar on Me and Van Morrison’s Brown Eyed Girl were huge hits. We loved seeing all the great moves to 24K Magic from Bruno Mars, Shout by The Isley Brothers, and even Ginuwine’s Pony. Seriously, there was not one single moment when these guests were not packing the dance floor. It was awesome.
