Roxana Resort Wedding Celebration McHenry, Illinois
Representing Felix and Fingers for a day of fun were our very own Katrina Nilsen and Chris Heroldt. What a perfect idea Savanna and Nick had to organize their ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and reception at The Roxana Resort. Your friends and family will feel pampered at this rental estate. Built in 1893, this gorgeous mansion is located on 2.5 acres overlooking Fox Lake.
Large family? No problem as this rental estate boasts 14 beds and over 5,000 square feet of living space! Your, guests will have privacy and comfort all in one. Even more, this beautiful property boasts a large backyard with a gorgeous deck and comfy patio furniture. Oh, a fire pit and BBQ grill are also available during your special event.
The delicious buffet included a little bit of everything from salmon to roasted veggies and French fries. During dinner, the groom provided a sincere and heartfelt speech. We provided a state-of-the-art sound system.
Roxana Resort was a hit with our crowd. The décor was stunning with flowers and picture frames with memories. There were even coffee tables with large pillows to relax on fluffy rugs. We Go With Your Flow
As our afternoon mellowed, so did our song selection. Felix and Fingers will definitely go with your flow. Our performers played a ton of great song requests. Our pianos were starting to pile up with those requests. Chris and Katrina lit up the show. For example, there were a ton of 90’s song requests. Grooves such as Pony by Ginuwine and Wannabe by the Spice Girls kept our dance floor packed. Without a doubt, everyone showed off their great moves all while having fun. Hit da Floe by The Pimp & da Gangsta certainly had our crowd nuts.
Above all, at the end of our Roxana Resort Wedding Celebration, would you believe everyone was “danced out”? Except for the bride. Did Chris and Katrina join Savanna on the dance floor? You bet your bottom dollar they did. Our evening ended with a DJ set. The set was everyone’s favorite dirty rap tunes. Moreover, what a perfect way to end our gig and send everyone home happy. All in all, another successful wedding celebration for our books!
