A fun and unique experience for all, Felix and Fingers had the opportunity to perform for a Chicago’s First Lady Corporate Event. This venue happened to be the riverboat itself, and what a fun time it was to play music and see much of Chicago’s beautiful architecture. Chicago’s First Lady Corporate Event
The SCOR Global Life Company hosted a kick-off event for employees across the country that came together for a week-long conference. This particular event happened to be one of the first we got to play on a boat and we had an absolute blast. We decided to set up shop on the first level of the boat instead of the second. The weather ended up being a little chilly, so guests ended up all on the first floor. With everyone together, it created a homey and cozy atmosphere where guests were ready to listen to some great tunes!
Music on the Water
Guests came prepared with plenty of great music selections and requests. Some of the more comical, boat-related songs requested were Gilligan’s Island and “My Heart Will Go On”. We loved the high participation from guests singing along to much of the music. The energy carried on throughout the entire night and guests couldn’t seem to get enough of the great music. To top that off, the food was absolutely delicious and included a meat-carving station and some top-notch dessert. With views of Chicago from the water, great food, and great music, this Chicago’s Frist Lady Corporate Event was one to remember.
