What’s not to like about a New Year’s Eve wedding? Your guests will be automatically in the mood to party. Our performers Chris and Kaitlyn put on an amazing show at the Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding located in Chicago, Illinois. The Bottom Lounge is one of Chicago’s top Rock and Roll venues. Felix and Fingers were proud to perform here. Congratulations Donna and Jason!
Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve Wedding Chicago
The Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding was one of the fittest wedding receptions in Felix and Fingers history. In fact, Donna and Jason work in the fitness industry which not only resulted in a fit-looking crowd but they also danced from 8:30 p.m. until 1:00 in the morning. Talk about cardio! Timing was everything at the Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding. The Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding staff executed everything perfectly. Guests were excited to be part of a special event that was the last and first party of the year.
The Bottom Lounge offers a little bit of everything. For example, there’s an urban hipster decorated front section with a full bar. Towards the back is where the stage is located. During cocktail hour our performers had guests dancing to songs such as Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran. If you are interested in holding your next event at the Bottom Lounge please click here.
Gold Jackets and Countdowns
We can all agree that dinner was amazing at the Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding. In fact, Donna and Jason went all out. Everyone enjoyed a mouthwatering surf and turf that was cooked to perfection. Furthermore, a stunning cake was decorated in a decadent New Years Eve theme! As guest dined our performers played an array of soft background jazz music. Felix and Fingers enjoyed seeing a couples take a spin on the floor before enjoying a slice of wedding cake.
Dinner eventually wrapped up allowing the Mother/Daughter and Father/Daughter dances to begin. Everyone had a tear of joy in their eye as both dances made beautiful memories on this very special evening. What is more, the dance floor at the Bottom Lounge is HUGE. Our performers had no trouble keeping it packed. As soon as Donna finished her first dances, Chris and Kaitlyn fired up their pianos to songs such as Another One Bites the Dust by Queen and Holla Back Girl by Gwen Stefani. The crowd went wild! Moreover, the groom’s shiny gold jacket was perfect for the dance floor. Totally Sherman-worthy.
We could eventually tell by the buzz in the air that everyone was preparing for midnight kisses, popping bubbly, glitter and shimmer. Guests were getting ready to go into countdown mode to ring in the New Year. There were tons of boy-band tunes along with sister-choreography up until the ball drop. We definitely brought in the Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding party with a bang!
In conclusion, Felix and Fingers loved performing at the Bottom Lounge New Year’s Eve wedding. This was a fun loving and great party crowd that had a blast.
