How about a sophisticated country club with professional and friendly staff for your next special event? The Stonebridge Country Club wedding event was a mid-sized family celebration that hosted their dinner dance reception at the Stonebridge clubhouse. Our performers, Robert Deason and Chris Heroldt drove out to Aurora, Illinois to play a SUPER FUN all-ages dueling piano show. Felix and Fingers would like to wish Deanna and Gary a lifetime of happiness and love!

The Stonebridge Country Club clubhouse offers a 30,000 functional space for special events of varying sizes. Not only does this venue offer chef inspired cuisine, but it’s also known for their exceptional service. The Stonebridge Country Club wedding event was held in the main dining room. As a matter of fact, guests were left in awe viewing gorgeous rolling terrain and sparkling lakes through wall to wall windows.
Stonebridge Country Club offers their members tennis, swimming and a premiere 18-hole golf course for individuals looking to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. If you would like more information on Stonebridge Country Club please click here.
To begin with, cocktail hour was outdoors around a fire pit overlooking sloping hills and lush foliage. Our performers set up inside the clubhouse although were able to play music outdoors. Guests enjoyed songs such as How Sweet it Is by James Taylor on the patio through our wireless speaker system! A few guests enjoyed dancing to songs such as By Your Side by Sade while others sipped on drinks and nibbled on passed hors d’oeuvres. Felix and Fingers loved seeing everyone mingling and having a great time!
Country Fans and Beautiful Speeches
After an hour of relaxation, friendly staff ushered hungry guests into the clubhouse to enjoy a delicious meal. We played light instrumental music as guests found their seats and enjoyed a mouthwatering dinner. During this time, the bride’s sister (also the Maid of Honor) gave a beautiful speech. To be honest, not a dry eye in the house.
There were also extended dessert options. In addition to wedding cake slices, the bride and groom offered pie and ice cream! We loved the Dutch apple, it hit the spot! The groom was a HUGE country fan. Hence, our performers learned Beautiful Drug by Zac Brown Band for their first dance. Robert and Chris NAILED IT!
Of course you want your guests to remember your wedding for its grace and beauty. However, you also want them to remember the PARTY. Felix and Fingers had guests enjoying every minute of their dueling piano show. From interactive games such as L-O-V-E (guests used their arms spelling out the word), to splitting up the room for sing alongs, everyone had a BLAST. We also set uplights around the room and they provided a beautiful added touch. Above all, our performers ended this super fun reception with You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC as a last dance song. The crowd went WILD! Indeed, another successful gig in the books for Felix and Fingers!
In conclusion, Felix and Fingers would like you to know the Stonebridge Country Club wedding event was so much FUN! In fact, everyone treated us like family. A shout out to the hard working staff smoothly covering every detail of this party.
