Here at Felix and Fingers, we love a good destination wedding. Our own Mike Potts headed down to St. Pete’s Beach on the Florida Gulf Coast to team up with our local Florida performer, Katie. They had a great time performing for this New York couple and family at this TradeWinds Destination Wedding.

The TradeWinds Island Grand Resort is actually one of two resorts at this location. Between the two, everything and anything you need on your vacation will be on hand. Especially for a wedding! Our bride and groom, Kiersten and Dave, had their ceremony on the wide sand beach with the waves rolling in the background. With perfect weather, this was a beautiful day for one amazing wedding. Start Spreading the News
Our couple, and many of their guests, came from New York. So of course the last song of the evening had to be Frank Sinatra’s New York, New York. Another song that had the crowd in smiles was Scenes from an Italian Restaurant by Billy Joel. And then the bride and family all sang every single verse to Meatloaf’s Paradise by the Dashboard Lights. That song, at eight minutes long, isn’t an easy one to tackle but they didn’t have any problem at all. All in all, this was one of the most fun destination 
weddings we have been to. Everyone was in such a great mood and couldn’t have been friendlier or more appreciative. Must be that Florida sunshine. Always puts us in good spirits.
