A Pot of Gold Fun St. Patrick’s Day Party
This year’s theme (St. Patty’s Day) was a hit. We actually had a host dressed as an actual leprechaun. Felix thought it was awesome. Cocktail hour and dinner bridged together nicely as our crowd was dancing from when they first walked in! Everyone showed up with their groove on. A little girl named Ellie danced to the song The Wild River by Phil Wickham. This little leprechaun was certainly a dancer!
Our crowd totally switched over to classic dance music in a heartbeat. When Felix kicked into American Pie by Don McLean, everyone sang the chorus. We had a guest with bleached blonde hair, named Barbie, and boy could she party. Barbie danced the whole night. That made us happy.
Our Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort Club Event also allowed Nate the time to teach our crowd the Joy to the World dance. Our audience were naturals. Above all, Nate also honored all the military by preforming each branches “fight song.” Nate culminated the fight songs with Proud to be an American by Lee Greenwood. Hence, everyone got up singing and dancing. A totally intense proud moment indeed.
