Can we just start by letting you know our Mission Inn Resort & Club wedding celebration was one snazzy show. Our performers Nate and Ingrid knocked this show out of the park. They played top hits and great sing alongs. Not only did Mission Inn Resort & Club put on a decadent and classy wedding celebration, but their staff was on point the entire night. A perfect evening in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida indeed! Felix and Fingers wish Ida and Samantha a lifetime of love and happiness!

We’ve heard rain on your wedding day is good luck. With a few last minute changes and moves, Mission Inn Resort & Club pulled off an amazing reception. The Mission Inn Resort & Club is also known for it’s great central Florida location near world-famous theme parks, wineries, shopping and local attractions. In a last minute change, we moved the ceremony inside and this move made the Mission Inn Resort & Club wedding celebration even more special. Everyone escaped the rain by mere minutes. The pitter patter of rain drops on the windows set a stunning romantic scene as the couple exchanged vows. Big props to Amanda with For the Love of Events and Helen with Mission Inn for helping us make the change seamless. Friends and family gathered to celebrate, sharing speeches and stories from couples. It was truly a beautiful celebration.
A Decadent, Cozy and Fun Wedding Celebration
Felix was in full band mode for this wedding. A drummer and guitarist added a full experience with our two piano’s. Felix can provide any instrument you’d like at your next event and also offer other special options. All of them are great.
We enjoyed cocktail hour outside and as stated above, brought the ceremony indoors when an afternoon rainstorm came through. The couple’s first dance was a choreographed routine to Feeling Good by Michael Buble that delighted everyone! They actually received a sustained applause. The Legends Ballroom (where the reception was held) was beautifully appointed by the folks with Bluegrass Chic Floral Design. The whole evening felt decadent, cozy and fun!
After a delicious dinner and decadent dessert, this crowd was ready to PAR-TAY!! From the first notes in our show, they were up and dancing to hits from Hips Don’t Lie by Shakira. Nate and Ingrid out played themselves the entire night. We had everyone singing to Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Seager. This celebration started as a sing along, although quickly becoming a dance party. One of the highlights was a dance-off between he groomsmen during Yeah! by Usher.
With our team keeping the the beat going and keeping everyone happy, this was one fun wedding! We must say it was awesome getting into the groove of the Mission Inn Resort & Club Wedding Celebration. Songs such as Play That Funky Music by Wild Cherry and rocking out to Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey had everyone happy. Another successful party in our books!
