Our Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Dueling Pianos Fundraiser was a blast! Recently, Felix had the pleasure of performing at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Inc. in Daytona, Florida. This was definitely an awesome night to remember!

Now, let’s talk about the staff at Embry-Riddle. Vickie, Liz, and the entire team were an absolute delight to work with. In addition, their enthusiasm and dedication to making our event a success truly shone through. They managed our Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Dueling Pianos Fundraiser seamlessly. The event was in support of Pearls of Hope, which provides food, homes, vital supplies, and after-school programs. Furthermore, the charity’s leader, Farough Housseini, is nothing short of an inspiration. The audience, from event staff to the Lieutenant Governor, hung on her every word. Performing for such a cause is truly a joy, and the energy in the room was palpable.

A Rollercoaster of Musical Delights!

Now, onto the show! To start, competing with the dessert bar was no easy feat. Felix managed to actually capture the audience’s attention and even had some delightful interaction. The tipping added a fun twist. There were some big-money requests contributing to the whopping $1700 raised for the foundation!

The show itself was, moreover, a rollercoaster of musical delights, featuring everything from dance tunes to sing-alongs. Even more, the highlight of the night was undoubtedly the dance battle with donors who joined us on stage. From a man we nicknamed “Tiny Dancer” to a dynamic woman named Javi, the stage was alive with energy. Besides, everyone loved to sing along to Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. Our crowd couldn’t resist a sing-off to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. Hence, it was truly a moment of awesomeness!

Above all, it was evident that our Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Dueling Pianos Fundraiser event was unforgettable. Lastly, Nate Rodriguez brought the remaining guests on stage for an intimate performance of Piano Man by Billy Joel. This fun moment brought our evening to a heartwarming conclusion.

All in all, the Pearls of Hope fundraiser was a tremendous success. Felix is already looking forward to being a part of it again next year!
