Felix and Fingers had a tropical blast at Beaver Millers private surprise birthday party. We could tell Port St. Lucie, Florida was ready to celebrate by the GREAT VIBE. Our performers for this joyful gathering were super duo Nate Rodriguez and Ingrid Rey. Our players did an AMAZING job keeping this party on it’s feet dancing and singing out loud. It was, in fact, everyone’s first time out since the COVID-19 quarantine. Not only was the atmosphere super celebratory, but there was a TON of food and drink for everyone! We even got to yell “SURPRISE!”. Beaver the Birthday Boy had NO CLUE we were going to be there. Felix and Fingers wish Beaver a Happy 60th!
Beaver Millers Private Surprise Birthday Party Port St. Lucie Florida
To start with, we gotta say Beaver has some great friends. Cory and Tiff Miller outdid themselves throwing one heck of a surprise party. And to top it off, while Nate and Ingrid were setting up, SpaceX launched in the background! Nate wasted no time and played Rocket Man by Elton John on the PA system trying to get a good look at the sky. It wasn’t long before everyone noted we were looking in the wrong direction and missed it! Even though we didn’t catch the launch, our crowd enjoyed this special party treat!
Beaver Millers private surprise birthday party brought FUN to a new level. For example, Felix and Fingers treated their audience to a night of live entertainment like no other. Everyone had so much fun dancing and singing to top hits and golden oldies. Did we mention there was a TON of food? As Nate and Ingrid took a break from playing a crazy 70’s cocktail hour, Walking Tacos caught their eye. This fun concoction allows you to walk around enjoying a Frito bag filled with taco meat and toppings. A fork or spoon is recommended to enjoy this delicious idea. We LOVED it!
Beaver’s Birthday Roast and Encore
One of the highlights of the night was bringing Beaver in front of the crowd and razzing on him. After Beaver took the fun-loving jabs, we stepped into an extra-loud rendition of Happy Birthday, followed by He’s a Jolly Good Fellow. All of Port St. Lucie knew it was Beaver’s birthday when we finished! Our audience wasted no time afterwards requesting everything from the 70’s to country music. We played it all. Above all, the chorus of Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks literally shook the tent!
Felix and Fingers not only “ended” the night with Piano Man by Billy Joel, but the audience was having such a great time we ENCORED! Nate and Ingrid brought the tent down with American Pie by Don McLean which the ENTIRE PARTY sang with GUSTO! Beaver Millers private surprise birthday party was indeed, a HUGE SUCCESS!
