Rancho Monserate Private Event Fallbrook California
Firstly, when our client Brenda Vatnsdal hired us to perform at her Rancho Monserate Private Event Felix was thrilled.
Secondly, our performers packed up and drove out just east of Bonsall and south of Fallbrook, CA. And what a beautiful drive it was. Leana and Shawn pulled up to Rancho Monserrate’s breathtaking views of native flora surrounded them everywhere. Rancho Monserate is a 55+ community and everyone who attended our show brought amazing song requests. Did we mention our Rancho Monserate Private Event was an outdoor gig by the clubhouse? No? Well, it was SUNNY and WARM which made it quite sweaty during the first hour. Our crowd didn’t give a hoot. In other words, they came ready to dance. Even more, some groups brought their coolers loaded with plenty of wine. BYOB was naturally at its best!
Tickets Only Jiving Night of Fun
Since our show was a tickets-only event, we knew Rancho Monserate could handle anything from an intimate party to a supreme gala. We were so excited to perform this show to a crowd who appreciated golden oldie hits.
Shawn played an icebreaker with That’s Amore by Louis Prima. As a result, our crowd laughed, swayed, and sang along. Everyone definitively sounded wonderful.
A 92 and 85-year-old couple took over the floor. They were professional dancers. Would you believe they immediately boogied to Frank Sinatra’s Fly Me To The Moon? Most importantly this 92 and 85-year-old couple were truly amazing!
Our Rancho Monserate Private Event was one heck of a show. Felix loved the 60’s and 70’s song requests piling up on their pianos. Leana and Shawn came together to mash up Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen into Elvis’s Jailhouse Rock. Our senior crowd immediately went teenage nuts! We loved seeing everyone let loose.
Above all, we managed to squeeze in a few last-minute requests such as Beast of Burden by the Rolling Stones. Felix finished out on a fast-stepping Hound Dog by Elvis. What a treat to see everyone having the time of their life. This ticket-only show was surely fun. Some of the folk came off the dance floor to chat with us during our packing. Quite a few of them mentioned they had seen us perform at a local winery. Hence, they all came prepared with song requests and excitement. It was, without a doubt, great to hear they LOVED our dueling piano show!
