Representing Felix and Fingers for this super-fun and energetic evening were Shawn and Leana. A piano power couple indeed. Right from the get-go, we had our entire crowd dancing and singing all night long. Did we mention this is an incredible brewery? As soon as we walked in to unload, friendly staff appeared out of nowhere. They made sure we had everything we required for our Hops and Spokes Brewery Public Event. Thank you for your help and kindness!
Our Hops and Spokes Brewery Public Event was a hit with this audience. As a matter of fact, this was a great show right from the rip. Tons and tons of song requests. We played them all. Felix loves to keep their audience happy.
A Super Fun and Energetic Evening
Shawn actually killed this show opening with Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison. He had everyone singing like pirates!
Felix had a blast performing Rock and Roll by Led Zeppelin and Everlong by the Foo Fighters. Somewhere in between this awesome show was an incredible dinner and decadent dessert. We partied through it all. Felix had a bunch of guests dancing the Time Warp from the Rocky Horror Picture Show. A memorable moment indeed.
Above all, our performer Shawn decided to slay The Devil Went Down to Georgia by The Charlie Daniels Band. Our crowd went nuts. Not only were they dancing to the beat, but they sang the entire song. A fun and crazy moment indeed! When our performers hit the first few notes of Get Low by Lil’ John & The East Side Boyz, it was 3-6-9 damn your fine all night long. Leana decided to throw in Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of The Heart as her last song of the night. A guest appeared from our crowd onto the dance floor and performed a killer interpretive impromptu dance to it. He was AMAZING.
It was great to have everyone singing and swaying to Piano Man by Billy Joel. What can we say? Shawn and Leana certainly brought the party to their Hops and Spokes Brewery Public Show. All in all, we loved the vibe and hope Felix can return and play at this amazing brewery again!
