Felix and Fingers was excited to be part of the Four Seasons Beaumont “Sundays
at the Amphitheater” event calendar. The Four Seasons Beaumont is an award-winning 55+ community. Therefore, Felix and Fingers was honored to be part of their summer line up. However, maybe the residents were MORE excited to watch Shawn and Leana tickle the ivories. Our performers were told that some residents put their chairs out at 3am that morning to ensure a fantastic view of the event! Regardless, residents have so many amenities and activities in this community that it seems like they are on perpetual summer vacation! This Ain’t Your Grandma’s Concert
The residents of the Four Seasons Beaumont were energized listening to their favorite tunes, like Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, Hotel California by The Eagles, and Crocodile Rock by Elton John. Shawn gave a shout out to a fellow Steeler’s fan, and he played Renegade by Styx for him. Leana brought down the house with Dolly Parton’s I Will Always Love You. It was like a backyard party on steroids as dozens of residents sang along, clapped their hands, and danced in the aisles. Everyone had a great time with their friends, and made some fantastic summer memories. Felix and Fingers can’t wait to join this fun bunch of folks again next summer… or maybe sooner? Can someone say let’s share some spiked eggnog at the community Christmas party????
