Felix and Fingers drove over to Valparaiso, Indiana to play for this Aberdeen Manor Wedding. It was not our first time at this great venue but it was our first time playing for a wedding here. While we have always enjoyed the corporate events we have done at the Aberdeen Manor in the past, it was nice to see how well the venue works for weddings too.
Aberdeen Manor Wedding Venue
While Aberdeen Manor is widely known as a top notch wedding venue, it was our first time performing for a wedding at this location. We have been here before but it was always for a corporate event. So we were excited to see how they handle a wedding event and, as we knew we would be, we were extremely impressed. This venue has it all for the wedding of which you’ve always dreamed. The chapel is quite a charming ceremony location and there is also a lovely outdoor ceremony spot backed by a gorgeous white trellis. The surrounding gardens add that natural feel and make the perfect backdrop to your day.
You will find the ballroom to be more than equipped to give your reception everything it needs to be the perfect party. And not only was the food delicious, the staff was wonderful. They have you covered from the start of your wedding planning to the very end. They handle large crowds with ease and it is evident they have a very well-trained staff. A Beautiful Day for Beautiful Brides
Our brides, Stacy and Sherry began the day with a very touching ceremony. They performed a beautiful and moving sand ceremony that had everyone in tears. Following the vows, it was time to begin the party and the first dances. Sherry and her father started it off with the Four Season’s song that has the same name as the bride, Sherry! That was especially fun to watch. Songs from Lizzo were highlights of the night, especially with the wedding party. We made sure to include Truth Hurts and Soulmate. Another highlight of the night was everyone dancing as we sang Despacito by Luis Fonsi. There were some awesome moves going on to that one. All in all, it was an amazing night celebrating the love of two very special people.
