Really fun but needs work. I booked Felix and fingers for my wedding. At the booking I requested to get one of my top three picks for performers. I did not want to pay the additional fee that they require in order to secure the performer of your choice. I was assigned someone other than one of my top three. It was very difficult reaching Nate to get this sorted out. He was great at the time of booking, but then things kind of fell through the cracks. He did fix the problem after I held my breath and waited for a week with no response. The performer did a great job at taking request, and I was very happy with his musical ability. Everyone at our wedding complemented the music. The only downside was the lack of him leading the event. A DJ is typically the master of ceremonies, I requested the guest to stand and wave napkins at our grand entrance and that was not done nor were the guest asked to enter the reception area at the time I listed on the very detailed questionnaire Felix and fingers had me complete.Overall the music was good and no one else noticed these mistakes other than us.

Mike was good - no complaints! However, Kaleen was very unprofessional, aloof, and made it very clear our event was beneath her. She did not come out of her hotel room until two minutes before the event began. Therefore, I was not able to give her any instructions or overviews of what was expected since she did not attend Mike & I's planning calls. She ruined the trivia game with her comments giving away the secrets b/c she didn't have any prior instructions. She asked the hotel staff to open a nearby board room so she could eat her lunch when the performers were specificially asked to eat and socialize with our clients (and I overheard her coax Mike into it too). She did not socialize with any of our clients or stay for even two minutes after the show. I am highly disappointed in Kaleen's behavior and wish I never paid extra to hire her individually.
