We recently had the chance to perform for Snap Insurance at an incredible Hilton Dallas Rockwall Lakefront Corporate Event! This was an amazing venue. The huge conference room was practically right on the lake. With all the windows open it was a beautiful view and watching the sun set into the lake made it even more perfect. Hilton Dallas Rockwall Lakefront Corporate Event
Snap Insurance definitely knows how to treat their employees. They had a full buffet and an open bar. Like we said earlier, the food the Hilton Dallas Rockwall Lakefront provided was delicious. The cinnamon chocolate parfait might have ruined all other desserts for us. One of the owners made it a point to tell us they wanted us to have as much fun as they did that night. They needn’t worry though–we certainly did!
Third Piano’s a Charm
We had a special surprise for the audience for this show. It just so happened we had three pianists in town and we decided to include a bonus performer! Dueling pianos are always fun, but three-part harmonies are a rare treat for us. Journey’s Any Way You Want It and Queen’s Fat Bottomed Girls were especially great with a trio. It was a good thing there were three of us because we got a ton of requests. We had some great classic rock tunes, like Tiny Dancer by Elton John and everyone’s favorite, Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. But we also got a few less common requests that were just as fun. We had everything from Lizzo’s Truth Hurts to Metallica’s One and just about everything in between! The most fun of the night was inarguably the seemingly spontaneous dance started in the first few notes of Party In The USA by Miley Cyrus.
