December is upon us again, and for Felix and Fingers dueling pianos, that means it’s time for holiday parties! Robert and I kicked off the month by playing a holiday party for the employees of Martin Chevrolet in Crystal Lake, IL. However, as Martin Chevrolet is Crystal Lake and McHenry County’s newest Chevy dealer, they invited some esteemed guests from the area to celebrate with them as a dual grand opening party! Before our fingers even hit the keys, it was an exciting event.

The staff at Martin Chevrolet was immediately friendly and welcoming when we walked in the door. Their brand new facility is gorgeous, and all decorated for the holidays it was really a great setting for a party! When they’re not throwing holiday parties though, the breathtaking architecture serves to show off their impressive inventory of brand new cars (which I’m assuming that blue number above would be) as well as plenty of Certified Pre-Owned inventory.
At most company events, typically someone will want to make a speech to kick off the dancing part of the evening. That night it was Todd and Dan, President and Vice President/GM of Martin Chevrolet, who welcomed everyone and spoke about the company. Hearing them speak actually made me want to buy a car, or work there. You could just tell the staff at Martin Chevrolet is really like a family, and those are the kind of people you want to do business with.
Time to Party!
So of course, then it was time for us to kick it into high gear and get the dancing going! The party-goers were requesting favorites and were ready to celebrate, and with good reason. They’ve built an impressive establishment which will hopefully ring in the new year with much more success. We were happy to provide the soundtrack to the celebratory dancing!!
