I'm sorry that didn't allow a sound check as they started right after our drawing. The sound quality wasn't as good as I'd hoped. But overall the performance was great and my folks loved the fun it brought to the Elks.

We loved the show!! Our guests had some concerns with the volume and as the event planner, I forgot the sound was coming directly from your source or I would have addressed it during the show. I asked the Kalahari to turn it down but that wasn't any good was it 🙂 We've already booked the crew again for next year and extended the show by 30 minutes. We look forward to having them join us again!! 10 out of 10 incredible!

Nothing, it was a perfect experience. From the first phone call through booking and on-site execution my experience was flawless. Nate and Jordan are true professionals and extremely talented. We can't wait to book again next year!

Felix and Fingers provided our church's fundraiser with fantastic entertainment and music throughout the night. The musicians took a break in the middle of the night, and it feels as though they lost the crowd...which may or may not have been something under their control. It would also be interesting to see how many of the song requests got played, which was information that (as far as I know) we do not have access to. Overall, we got very positive feedback from the party goers, and the event as a whole ran smoothly and professionally. In the pre-show survey for next year, we will consider requesting more audience participation and interaction, as this may have been the reason why the crowd was "lost" post intermission.

You were professional and fun! The entire process was outstanding in my opinion.

The planning process was great, as were the performers. The rain was unfortunate but out of your/my control. I would say reduce your price for a private (at home/residential) event if possible. Loved Felix and Fingers, great talent, well organized, but I did feel it was over priced. That is what I will tell my friends who inquire. Thank you

We had a several guest in their mid 20’s paying high money and requesting “younger” songs. Entertainers openly admitted they did not know those songs. Not too big of a deal and this is my only suggestion for any kind of improvement.

Everything was easy, from the initial contact through the end of the performance. It was a great show, thank you!

The two piano players we had, had never met before. You could tell. It wasn’t much of a dueling piano show as it was just two men playing pianos. They are both fantastic piano players though. They did not have a wide selection of music. They tried to engage the audience but it was tough since they did not know each other at all. The one gentleman was completely blind so he was little to no help for the other gentle for set up or take down. I felt bad for the other gentleman. The guy who set up also was the one who tried to engage the audience the most. I suggest if you call it a dueling piano show the people need to know each other and play off each other (that is the whole point of a dueling piano show). You just can’t have two strangers show up to put on a partnership show. I would not hire your business again. I feel that I was sold one type of service but another this was piece mealed together. Poor planning on the promoters part.

The phone meeting that was not set up until two weeks before our event was a bit stressful. And it was initially proposed to be a week before instead. I was also not sure who I should communicate with through this. Michael was my initial contact but it was difficult to get a response from him many times. And then we were supposed to be introduced to Kate as a contact yet never received any details about her. And our final contact was Duncan two weeks before but he still had questions he had to refer me back to Michael about and I never received any sort of physical document of the plan/needs for the event (electrical requirements, load in time, etc) to refer back to, it was all discussed via phone but nothing ever in writing after that. In general, a single point of contact with easier availability would be best.

The night of the event was fantastic, the guests seemed to enjoy themselves, but I was a bit disappointed in playing time. I didn't find out until the meeting with Duncan that the playing time was only 2 1/2 hours. I felt that there should have been some flexibility when it came time to shutting down (check to see if we want to add on time) and it was definitely a bit of a letdown to know that I had originally planned on having dueling pianos the entire first hour of cocktail hour but we had to adjust that as well to ensure there was enough playing for the end of the evening.

One of the performers was great - everyone loved him. They did not enjoy the other performer, as they complained that he didn't know the lyrics to the songs he was singing and would mumble along instead of singing. They also commented that he did not have much energy through the show.

I think there should be more communication with the musicians and staff. For as much as you pay we spoke to one musician for 40 min days before the wedding. That’s not very assuring. They were great, some of the ceremony music was a bit off but they were great performers. I just think it seems a bit unattached. Having a couple phone calls for such a big day (from other staff) I just didn’t feel comfortable with the event schedule going off without a hitch. For the amount of money spent more attention should be detailed with an actual person not just a pdf of questions.

This questionnaire was a little finicky to complete online, but other than that no other feedback :). we always enjoy having Felix and Fingers at our event!

Everyone LOVED it. Some people mentioned it was hard to hear in the back, but overall, we enjoyed every second and would love to have you back next year!
