The DoubleTree Hotel wedding event was a successful night to remember! In fact, there was talk for MONTHS about the entire event, including our amazing dueling piano show. Our performers, Michael and Robert drove out to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and brought a night of comedy, singing and music with them. Felix and Fingers wish Mackenzie and Spencer a lifetime of love and happiness.

Felix and Fingers have worked with the bride (Mackenzie) before since she is a wedding photographer! We’ve known Mackenzie for awhile. She’s also an accomplished videographer. Felix and Fingers LOVED listening to the bride’s brother and his wife sing during the ceremony. We also enjoyed accompanying them as they sang A Million Dream written for the the film The Greatest Showman. We think they sounded GREAT!

A Nostalgic and Fun Wedding Night
A highlight of the DoubleTree Hotel wedding event was the event room was the same room the bride’s parents were married in 35 YEARS before. Our performers noticed the bride and groom were such a fun and happy couple. Since this wedding took place the day before their parent’s anniversary, the bride and groom recognized them during their speech. We thought this was SO SWEET.
Felix and Fingers would like you to know DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids Convention Complex has AMAZING cuisine. Therefore, dinner was DELICIOUS. There was also a wooden structure with hanging candles built around the head table put together by the bride’s father. In all honesty, it was beautiful.
There was, above all, a delicious assortment of late night popcorn for guests to munch on. Spicy cheese, original and birthday cake flavors were a HIT. Felix and Fingers kept the dance floor PACKED all night long playing golden oldies and top hit requests. We also held a singing competition with Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. As everyone went home they let us know how much FUN they had at the DoubleTree Hotel wedding event! Everyone had a BLAST!
