What an impressive event we had the honor of playing at the 2018 McDonald’s President’s Award Ceremony! The historic Aon Grand Ballroom is located at 840 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, Illinois on the well known Navy Pier. Aon Grand Ballroom Historical Splendor
While a majority of Felix and Fingers shows have only a few individuals coordinating with players and staff, the McDonald’s President’s Award Ceremony was a full blown production! With a high profile guest list, stage managers working alongside sound and light technicians helped set up and uphold an incredible performance alongside Felix and Fingers.Tight security was on point and attentive servers were at nearly every table! Upon entering the Aon Grand Ballroom it was clear this was definitely a perfect choice to hold an award’s ceremony for McDonald’s top executives! Boasting 18,000 square feet and an impressive, lighted 80′ domed ceiling that will make your jaw drop. 1,100 guests can be seated comfortably on the main floor and an additional 300 guests will be able to take in amazing panoramic views of Lake Michigan and it’s skyline!
2018 McDonald’s President’s Award Ceremony Evening
During dinner Felix and Fingers performed for top executives at the 2018 McDonald’s President’s Award Ceremony. We felt very content with a well received dinner performance and a perfect center room dueling show. After the guests had finished their dinner, the company handed out performance awards on the main stage to eagerly awaiting exceptional employees! One of our performers for Felix and Fingers this evening was Cassandra. There was a fabulous discussion of music and entertainment with the President and CEO, Steve Easterbrook. Mr. Easterbrook is from London and could not have been more welcoming and appreciative of the performance received for the 2018 McDonald’s President’s Award Ceremony. Felix and Fingers look forward to meeting them all again at their next big event!
