Felix and Fingers had a blast performing at the MO Better Foundation Fundraiser. This was a repeat client event from last year. Everyone loved our interaction and excitement. As a matter of fact, they brought us back with 2 different performers! Katrina Nilsen and Jim Gritschke had this crowd dancing and singing all night long!

MO Better Foundation Fundraiser Saint Louis Missouri

MO Better Foundation FundraiserTo begin with, we drove out to De Smet Jesuit High School located in Saint Louis, Missouri. This year’s theme was “Indulge”. For example, there were oysters on ice and a chocolate fondue station. All beautifully presented. Felix and Fingers helped raise money for items such as motorized chairs and stair lifts. Right before the live auction started, the auctioneer asked for a simple donation. Within 10 seconds, he raised $20,000! In another 5 minutes, guests donated another combined $20,000. It was AMAZING to see the generosity towards this cause!

High Energy Dueling Piano Show

MO Better Foundation FundraiserOur show was solid and high energy. There was TONS of dancing and singing. Katrina and Jim actually worked double time covering all song requests. Our audience was there to be happy, so we made sure EVERYONE had a BLAST!

During cocktail hour, a solo guitarist played in the lobby. We actually had a chance to enjoy all the delicious food stations as guests. There was also a prime rib carving station, make your own mac n’ cheese and butler passed candied bacon. Above all, a whiskey tasting station with 12 different whiskeys was a HIT. A very IMPRESSIVE Mo Better Foundation Fundraiser indeed!

Guests were dancing by the second song of the night. Songs such as Electric Boogie by Marcia Griffiths brought out some awesome slide moves. We noticed after a few whiskeys, an EPIC Conga line formed. In all honesty, it was one of the largest Conga lines we’ve seen! We started Piano Man by Billy Joel as our last song. Instead, a guest started belting out I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor with the first riff.  At the end of Piano Man, we switched into I Will Survive and the crowd LOVED it. GREAT way to end the show!
