This was Felix and Fingers second time playing for our client Farm Credit Illinois! Our performers, Robert Deason and Jim Gritschke had a BLAST entertaining everyone at the Maize Mexican restaurant corporate event located in Champaign, Illinois. Farm Credit employees work hard and live in the community they serve, therefore it was great seeing everyone relax and have a FUN time at our show!

Felix and Fingers played a super fun show for Farm Credit’s leadership team Christmas party last year. Always fun to be back! Maize at the Station is located in Champaign’s old train station. Robert and Jim had so much fun performing for a group of about 50 guests in a beautiful intimate space. This made for tons of exciting interaction with our entire group. We even had a pre-show covered by a mariachi band! As a matter of fact, this band fit in perfectly with Farm Credit’s party theme “Denim and Diamonds”. Everyone was VERY sparkly!
Mucho Margaritas and Fabulous Fajitas
The Maize Mexican Restaurant corporate event was a hit with our crowd. The margaritas looked DELICIOUS and in all honesty, this place has AMAZING food. The authentic fajitas made us feel like we were in Mexico! To start with, we brought a bunch of party goers out on the floor playing Baby Got Back by Sir Mix-A-Lot. Secondly our performers outdid themselves playing La Bamba by Los Lobos. In fact, EVERYONE sang to this song and they sounded great!
Tons of raffle prizes were given out to lucky winners throughout our show. The raffle was held informally and allowed everyone to feel included by winning some great items. Above all, there were 2 totally different songs that this fun loving group absolutely LOVED. This crowd packed the floor to Man! I Feel Like a Woman by Shania Twain, just as much as they did to Lizzo’s new smash hit, Truth Hurts. Felix and Fingers were SO HAPPY they performed yet another super fun show for Farm Credit Illinois!
