Our performers for this special shindig were Greg Percifield and Jim Gritschke. Felix and Fingers brought the FUN to this fabulous country themed party in Chrisman, Illinois. Bloomfield Barn Wedding Event Chrisman Illinois
The Bloomfield Barn is a farm venue located in the Midwestern corn belt. Featuring a range of both indoor and outdoor spaces, you’ll find many options to choose from for your ceremony and reception. This barn’s event team loves working with couples to help create their dream wedding. The Bloomfield Barn wedding event featured modern conveniences such as AC for summer and floor heat for winter. Furthermore, it’s location (over a mile off the highway) provided a stunning hidden countryside destination.
The Barn has several outdoor ceremony sites offering amazing photography backdrop. Additionally, indoor ceremonies and receptions at Bloomfield Barn will always be comfortable and picture perfect. To start with, Joanna and Brad’s ceremony took place right outside the barn overlooking a stunning frog pond. The barn’s owners were in attendance and coordinated this event smoothly. Our performers played live music as vows were exchanged, then had everyone on their feet enjoying My Best Friend by Tim McGraw for the recessional.
Western Themed Wedding
The Bloomfield Barn is a stunning venue with an upstairs bridal “loft”. This loft had large doors that opened into the main room to reveal the bride and groom for their introductions. The Bloomfield Barn wedding event had a nice country theme, everyone wore country boots and the bride even sported flannel over her gown!
Cocktail hour was held on the adjacent patio and had us playing a variety of country music. In fact, songs such as Loving You Easy by the Zac Brown Band quickly brought guests out onto the dance floor. The Bloomfield Barn wedding event might have been a western themed gathering, but that did not prevent an all Disney piano music dinner! Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast was a perfect choice!
Above all, we were pleasantly surprised to find out the groom was a bit of a crafter. Brad handmade wooden coasters for every single guest (including our performers). Each coaster had guests initials burned and painted on them. They were SO COOL! There was also a garter and bouquet toss from the 2nd floor balcony. We found that to be a nice twist to the tradition.
The Bloomfield Barn wedding event emanated amazing ENERGY and guests hardly ever left the dance floor. Our performers did an AMAZING job of keeping everyone rocking from Shawn Mendes to Earth, Wind & Fire. We kept the floor LIT ALL NIGHT!!
