Between the industrial-meets-rustic vibes, concrete and brick surroundings and the pops of summer color, Felix and Fingers were all in for the Warehouse 109 wedding event! Not only was this Felix and Fingers second time performing at Warehouse 109, but it was their first time seeing their beautiful outdoor ceremony space! Congratulations Erika and Andrew!

Warehouse 109 Wedding Event Plainfield

Warehouse 109 Wedding EventWhen you first pull up to Warehouse 109 you’ll feel the industrial vibe and see some amazing decor. This venue also offers a custom tailored planning staff and tons of unique space to work with for your special event. Our performers for the Warehouse 109 wedding event were Robert Deason and Michael Sherman. We were once again greeted by smiling faces and helpful staff. Warehouse 109 has 4,000 square feet of interior space with an additional 2,000 square feet of courtyard space. Furthermore, a gallery of antique motorcycles, vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned lounge will give your guests something to talk about for days! The bride and groom held a beautiful ceremony across from the main building. Erika and Andrew exchanged vows under a gorgeous pergola decorated with white roses and ivy. Our performers had a blast playing non-traditional songs such as Lucky by Jason Mraz for Erika’s entrance song and a beautiful rendition of Somebody to Love by Queen for their recessional. We loved seeing everyone up on their feet, clapping their hands and moving to the beat! A great sign for a packed dance floor.  Everyone was escorted to the main building after a brief yet romantic ceremony. Cocktail hour had guests up and dancing to songs such as Stubborn Love by The Lumineers and Mountain Sound by Of Monsters and Men. After, Jagermeister shots made their rounds, a Conga line formed, even the staff got in on that one!

Bonfires and Sparkler Send Off

Warehouse 109 Wedding EventWho doesn’t enjoy a wood fired, brick oven pizza? Erika and Andrew catered from Wooden Paddle Pizza located out of Lemont, Illinois and they were amazing. In fact, a team of chefs cooked everything on-site in an 800-degree, wood-fired oven. Not only was this impressive, but everything was delicious! If you’d like to cater from Wooden Paddle Pizza click here. After dinner and speeches, Robert used his pipes to belt out a slow rendition of All My Love by Led Zeppelin for the first dance. It was AMAZING! Speaking about fire, Warehouse 109 set up a bonfire in their new outdoor ceremony space. Hence guests had an option of where to enjoy the night.

90’s music was the hit of the night. Therefore, anything near All That She Wants by Ace of Base or Your Woman by White Town kept the floor PACKED! It was fun seeing requests from guests with songs such as Loaded by Primal Scream. Go ahead and challenge us, we can play ANY song, even a torrent of terrifying electro!  Grandpa made a face at dance music, but we couldn’t help notice him tapping his feet all the way through You Don’t Know Me by Armand Van Helden! Right there tells us the Warehouse 109 wedding event was a SUCCESS! The couple did a sparkler send off in the courtyard. It was stunning!
