Holiday Happiness and Laughter
To begin with, as guests arrived at the Illinois Farm Credit holiday party we played some light background music while everyone settled in. It wasn’t long before cocktail hour had Robert and Cassandra performing songs such as Blue Christmas by Elvis Presley and Peace by Norah Jones. A few guests took a spin on the dance floor while others enjoyed amazing appetizers. Dinner was simply delicious. The University of Illinois Catering Team has an exclusive partnership with iHotel and delivered an incredible plated meal. Robert and Cassandra had a holly jolly time with this awesome crowd. As a matter of fact there was TONS of audience participation and lots of laughter making it a super FUN evening. Initially, Robert and Cassandra had the crowd perform a choreography to Joy to the World by Three Dog Night. Everyone loved it! This was a wild and crazy group of people. The dance floor was PACKED all night long. What is more is that Robert and Cassandra saved the best for last. We threw down a perfect rendition of The Devil Went Down to Georgia by The Charlie Daniels Band. It was the highlight of the evening!
