Felix and Fingers drove to Green Bay, Wisconsin for the The Woods Golf Club wedding on a beautiful November day. There were some lingering fall colors and as a result of this, The Woods golf course views were spectacular. Our performers for the evening were Mike Sherman and Robert Deason. This was their first time performing at this venue and they found the staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly! Congratulations Nicole and Brock!
Woods Golf Club Wedding Green Bay
The Woods Golf Club wedding catered an amazing dinner from The Woods Banquet and Catering Department. The chef and his culinary staff outdid themselves with fried chicken (their specialty), stuffing and delicious mashed potatoes. This was a family style dinner so Felix and Fingers were able to make new friends. In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, the bride and groom served an assortment of yummy cupcakes. The chocolate peanut butter was our favorite! During dinner, guests enjoyed a walk down memory lane as a slide show was played from Nicole and Brock’s childhood to present-day. Dueling Piano Encores
It’s always nice to know your live performances are in demand, in fact guests at The Woods Golf Club wedding couldn’t get enough of our show. Nicole and Brock’s first dance was played live which turned out even more awesome, especially when the song was Your Song by Elton John. The bride and groom requested drums at their reception, always a great choice for a live performance. Robert and Duncan made sure to pack the dance floor. Everyone was having a great time showing off their dance moves. Felix and Fingers received a “must play” request of We Didn’t Start the Fire by Billy Joel which indeed is one of our specialties. We nailed it! Actually, guests loved us so much they asked us to stay on to play after our end time. Everyone was dancing like crazy as well as having a great time. Hence, nobody wanted to leave. Mike and Robert didn’t want to pull the plug so we played another half set and sent everyone home happy!

In conclusion, The Woods Golf Club wedding was so fun it was our pleasure to stay and make sure everyone enjoyed themselves.
