Driving up to the Tuscan Hills Winery Outdoor Wedding and Foundation in Effingham, Illinois, we were met at the end of a scenic drive with old world charm of the winery itself. Acres of vineyard blanketed with fine wine grapes and hops bring an expanse of liquor products to every discerning palate imaginable. You can bring your own food or enjoy their specialty meats and cheeses alongside Tuscan breads and pizzas. To our delight this is a pet friendly winery! A Great Remembrance at the Tuscan Hills Winery Outdoor Wedding and Foundation
A foundation was started for the groom’s brother who recently passed away. What a wonderful way to bring in some money playing song requests for each side of the family to help bring in some money! Felix and Fingers were able to get 350 guests to donate $2,300 within 2 1/2 hours! It was awesome to see the guests dancing their hearts out! To our delight, the groom came up on stage and sang a few songs with us!
Anniversary Ideas
Extra thought was placed towards making sure the guests had a few wonderful surprises at the Tuscan Hills Winery Outdoor Wedding and Foundation! There was a cigar bar and an area with bag tournaments for outdoor fun! A special touch was small rolls next to glass bottles. The guests could write their words of wisdom, jokes or love advice for the bride and groom and place inside the bottles. These bottles were to be opened on future anniversaries for wonderful nostalgia! Occasionally the bride and groom were lifted up in the air by guests and crowd surfed! Felix and Fingers were very happy to be able to perform for such a fun and family oriented outdoor wedding!
