Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos had the opportunity to perform for a lovely Cotillion Banquets Fundraiser recently in Palatine, Illinois. Cotillion Banquets Fundraiser
This fundraiser helped raise money for a local Catholic school. It was named the Blue and White Gala and the tables were filled with white and blue to fit the theme. Everyone came dressed to impressed and looked great underneath the beautiful chandeliers that lit the room from above. Guests chatted and mingled while enjoying great food and drink served by a great staff. For this Cotillion Banquets Fundraiser, guests had the chance to bid on several great auction items and could even make their bids on their phone! Our personal favorite was the Ms. Pacman game. The school also flew in an auctioneer from South Carolina. Ben did a great job auctioning off the items and getting the bids from the audience. In the end, we believe that the school raised around 100K during the event due to the generosity of all the guests there.
Felix and Fingers Show
On our end, we played a 90-minute dueling pianos show. We had tons of great requests from many of the guests. We played the crowd favorites that brought everyone out to the dance floor. One of the favorites that we played is “Sweet Caroline” and we cut out during parts of the song and let the crowd take it away. We had so much fun with this group, as well, any of the tips that we made from the night went directly back to the fundraiser. Overall, the night was successful and we hope to be back!
