Felix and Fingers recently dueled for a Charlotte Harbor Golf Club event, held at their club in North Port, FL. The Charlotte Harbor National Golf Club at Bobcat Trail is famous for its fully stocked 19th hole and excellent food. For more information about the club, please visit their website.
Charlotte Harbor Golf Club Event
Home to rolling greens and sparkling rivers, Charlotte Harbor Golf Club hosted this event in honor of their members and their commitment. Guests were treated to a club-favorite dinner and time to kick back and relax. The kind and contentious waitstaff served dinner with ease and poise, always eager to help any member in need. Once dinner was finished, the owner of Charlotte Harbor Golf Club introduced us. We played Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin through the stereo while he pretended to play one of our pianos. Guests believed it was actually him playing until about halfway through when he started clapping to the beat. The audience roared with laughter and applause.
A Talented Group
After he left the stage, we began our set, and we had two women from the audience sing back-up vocals for all of our songs. At one point in the evening, they even sang an entire old TV show theme song that we didn’t know. During another point in our set, we had two gentlemen come up for Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes. When we got to the body part to body part part of the song, they didn’t kiss, but they did touch noses. The audience loved it and couldn’t stop laughing.
Overall, everyone, members and F&F alike, had a fabulous time. We hope to be invited back soon!
