The Ajinomoto Christmas party hosted their party at as a Bridge View Center party. Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos had the opportunity to perform for this large and successful event in Ottumwa, Iowa. The Venue and the Company
This venue hosts major artists and other big-time clients. The venue is huge and so it can host multiple large events at the same time. The Bridge View Center is a huge music venue, so big that we had our 250 person event, and in the room next to us was the entire symphony orchestra hosting their own event. They even hold mega church gatherings on Sundays. We were even allowed to drive our cars right up to the stage to set up our equipment. We used 4 speakers to cover the sound. This company had lots of guests and we enjoyed playing for them. A fun fact about this company is that Ajinomoto just so happens to be the largest producer of tryptophan in the US. That’s the same protein found in turkeys!
The Bridge View Center Party
The CEO and other higher up managers of Ajinomoto flew in from Japan to attend this holiday party. Greg lived in Japan and so he greatly impressed the men from Japan by giving a great introduction of our show, completely in Japanese! We always try our best to cater to the different needs of our customers. The food and service provided by the venue were great and added to the whole experience for everyone involved.
We loved the energy from the crowd and the variety of requests and music we played. As we mentioned before, a symphonic orchestra played right next store to us, and we couldn’t help but think they heard us as we played “Baby Got Back”.At one point during the night, everyone actually took out their phones and turned on their flashlights during one of our songs. It looked so cool with the room completely dark except for the overhead blue LED wash lights. The crowd kept up the energy the entire night and everyone left seeming like they had a good time at the Bridge View Center Party.
